Rural landscapes: road through the aspens

HIGHWAY 1A, NEAR COCHRANE, ALBERTA

Late September reveals glorious golds and yellows in the aspen trees of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Foothills. I went for a wide-angle view here to let the colour soar over your head while the vanishing road provides a secondary point of interest. Nikon D90, 18-55 mm. lens, tripod, polarizing filter.
